We collect as little as possible

This explains what we keep, why, and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act.

When you buy

We store your name and email address with your order so we can deliver your files and help if something goes wrong. Card and bank details are handled by PayFast, not by us.

Free CV review

Your uploaded CV and the review are processed only during the request. We do not save the file or the review text. To keep the free allowance fair we keep a one-way, anonymous daily counter that cannot identify you.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the services needed to run the store: PayFast for payment and our hosting provider.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the order information we hold about you through our contact page.
