Plain terms for a digital purchase

What you buy

A once-off licence to download and edit the files listed on the toolkit page for your own job search. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Payment

Prices are in South African rand. Payment is processed by PayFast; we never see or store your card or bank details. An order counts as paid only once PayFast confirms it to us.

Delivery

After confirmation your private order page shows download buttons. Each visit creates fresh one-hour links, so keep the page link safe — anyone with it can download your files.

Problems with your order

If a file will not download or open, or you were charged but see no files, contact us with your order link and we will fix it or resend the files.

Refunds

Digital files are not refundable. If a file will not download or open, we fix it or resend it. You can inspect free samples of every file before buying.

Use of the files

• Use and edit the files for your own applications.
• Do not resell or redistribute the files.
• Names and details inside templates are fictional examples.
• The toolkit is self-guided help, not a promise of interviews or employment.
