Where to find the circular
Download the circular only from the DPSA website (dpsa.gov.za, Vacancy Circulars). Each circular is a PDF grouped by department. Never pay anyone for access.
How to read a post
- Post title and reference number: copy them exactly onto your Z83.
- Salary level and package.
- Centre: where the job is based.
- Requirements: minimum qualification and experience. Apply only if you meet them.
- Duties: match your CV bullets to these.
- Enquiries and where to apply: email, portal or address, and the closing date.
Apply step by step
- Download the current Z83 from an official source.
- Tailor your CV to the duties listed.
- Follow the advert on supporting documents. Some ask for certified copies only after shortlisting.
- Submit before the closing date and keep a copy.
